Individual Coaching

Events

Learn to regulate your nervous system in a small group setting that meets live each week on Zoom. In this 8-week series, Jana will provide instruction and teach the CEDAR Strengths Framework for building resilience. Each class will run for 1 hour and 20 min, and will include interactive instruction, sharing, and Q&A.

The CEDAR Strengths Course meets for 1 hour and 20 min each week on Zoom for 8 weeks and is limited to ten participants. Classes include instruction, Q&A, sharing, and practice of nervous system regulation techniques. The course goes much deeper than 30-min Boost Classes, and includes a greater variety of tools.

In this course you will learn about:

  • Poly Vagal Theory and the 6 different nervous system states, including Fawn Response
  • A 5-step process to support nervous system balance
  • How to assess your own nervous system tendencies
  • Resilience Tools and in the moment Rescue Tools to respond to stress and dysregulation

Course participants will have access to a private moderated group page available only to your cohort.
Here you will be able to ask questions, discuss learnings, and access class recordings and other resources.
