You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment time by going to janamsmith.com and using the dropdown on the top right of the page to manage your bookings. If you wish to cancel and you are not ready to reschedule, email janamsmithcoaching.com to obtain credit toward a future session. Refunds are not available at this time.
