Resilience Courses

Learn about nervous system regulation in a small group setting live each week on Zoom. Jana will provide instruction and teach the CEDAR strengths framework as a roadmap to building resilience. Class size is limited to 12 participants and will include instruction, sharing, demonstration of tools, and weekly Q&A. Each class will run for 1 hour and 20 min. Participants will be invited to a private group page where they can build community, share insights and ask questions.

Guided Resilience Boost Classes

Follow along with Jana in these webinar-style classes that teach techniques to help you regulate your nervous system. Each class will walk you through somatic exercises and conclude with guided relaxation. Dress comfortably and bring an exercise mat or blanket.
