If you need to cancel your Resilience Retreat registration, please provide as much advance notice as possible so your spot may be offered to someone on the waiting list. Registration fees cannot be transferred to another retreat.

Requests for cancellation within 48 hours of payment will receive a full refund of the retreat cost, less a $50 administrative fee.

Requests for cancellation 30+ days prior to retreat start date will receive a refund of 50% of the program cost.

 

Requests for cancellation 14-30 days prior to retreat start date will receive a refund of 25% of the program cost.

 

Requests for cancellation less than 14 days prior to retreat start date will be ineligible for a refund.

 

Refunds will not be given for partial attendance, late arrival, or early departures. Out of consideration for others on the waitlist, please plan to attend the entire retreat.
